A child plays among the monumental columns of the British Museum in London. After visiting the vast collections of the Museum, the front steps are an excellent place to relax and watch the street life pass by.

Buckingham Palace is the Queen's official residence in London, England. The changing of the guard happens every day in the summer, and every other day in the winter, and lasts for about 45 minutes. The New Guard marches to the Palace from Wellington Barracks with a Guards Band, and the Old Guard hands over in a ceremony during which the sentries are changed and then return to barracks.
