WHITE SANDY BEACHES

The little gem of the ABC islands, Aruba is surrounded by crystal-clear waters and bordered by lush vegetation that is unique to the island. Its white sandy beaches are world renowned. The island's north coast offers the most breathtaking views, with cliffs that are the stuff of rock climbers’ dreams.

Oranjestad
The Historical Museum houses a collection of objects related to the nation’s history, from the era of the island's earliest inhabitants, the Arawaks, to present times.
Aruba's Numismatic Museum features some 30,000 historic coins from around the world.
The Archaeological Museum of Aruba's five exhibition halls feature amphorae that contain the remains of some of the island’s first inhabitants, tools and various ancient works of art.

Palm Beach
Palm Beach is lined with a succession of luxury hotel complexes. Guests benefit from access to water sports equipment, beach chairs, shaded huts, as well as a sand beach that is combed on a daily basis.
The Butterfly Farm will amaze visitors with its tropical garden populated with butterflies from all corners of the planet.

Malmok Beach
Along with Arashi Beach and Boca Catalina Beach, Malmok Beach, not far from the California Lighthouse, is part of the Arashi Underwater Park. Its waters are generally calm, the current is gentle and the reefs are shallow.

Hadikurari Beach
Perfect for windsurfing, Hadikurari Beach is the site of the Aruba Hi-Winds Windsurfing Pro-Am World Challenge, which takes place in June. You will find huts and picnic tables in a shaded area. The clear and shallow water makes this an equally nice place to go for a dip.

Eagle Beach

The perfect spot for a picnic in the shade, Eagle Beach is an extension of Palm Beach, but a rocky mass creates a natural barrier between the two. Larger than the neighbouring beach, it is consequently less crowded.

Druif Beach
Druif Beach borders a series of small hotel resorts where guests pass the time windsurfing, swimming and relaxing. A few palm trees cast some shade over the white sand.

Rodger’s Beach
At first glance, Rodger’s Beach's view of the San Nicolas refinery may seem rather uninviting. However, the beach's fairly stagnant waters are protected by a coral reef, making this a magnificent spot for skin diving, not to mention swimming.

Baby Beach
Perfect for the little ones, this beach more than lives up to its moniker. Baby Beach is tucked away in an alluring lagoon that is bordered by sand and protected by a coral reef. Families come here in droves to picnic on the weekend, especially Sundays, but Baby Beach is relatively peaceful during the week.

Guadirikiri Cave
The Guadirikiri Cave is comprised of two chambers that are bathed in shimmering light. A 30m tunnel in the cave is rumoured to have once been a pirate hideout and is now home to bats.

Fontein Cave
This museum-like cave preserves drawings that were created long ago by the Arawaks.

Huliba Cave
This cave is nicknamed the Tunnel of Love for its heart-shaped entrance.
