Check-in time is between 3 and 6 pm and check-out time is, at the latest, 9 or 11 am, depending on the property. The reception desk is open only during scheduled hours in some residences.

To guarantee your room after 6 pm, you must notify the property of your estimated time of arrival, at which point you may be asked for a credit card deposit.
