A rendez-vous with history

Camaguëy is the oldest town in central Cuba and the region's main cultural attraction. If you only have time to visit one town in this area, make it Camaguëy and be sure to spend at least a day or two. It will capture your heart with its numerous architectural attractions, winding streets and relaxing atmosphere, which make it a perfect place for a stroll. Founded in 1515, it was the fourth of seven villas established by the Spanish. In the indigenous language, Camaguëy signifies ?son of the tree.?


RANCHO Come and explore one of the most beautiful ranches in Cuba. Enjoy horseback riding through the countryside, and visit the stables where the racehorses are housed. A typical Cuban lunch is included.	LOBSTER DINNER Admire the sunset at Coco Beach, one of the most beautiful spots in Santa Lucia. Transportation, music, dance lessons and a delicious meal at the best seafood restaurant in town are included.

IGUANA TOUR Sail the bay of Nuevitas on the lookout for dolphins. Visit a natural ignana zoo, snorkel and savour a delicious seafood paella. Open bar onboard.	CORAL TOUR Enjoy an approximately two and a half hour cruise and go snorkelling along a magnificent coral reef for an incredible underwater experience! COLONIAL CAMAGUEY Spend the day in the historical city of Camaguey, and visit a rum factory, Revolution Square, Colonial Place, and the popular Trova Bar. Enjoy time at leisure, followed by lunch and a drink.	CATAMARAN PLAYA BONITA An unforgettable day in Santa Lucia as you go snorkelling along a magnificent coral reef and learn all about starfish! Enjoy a delicious seafood lunch on Playa Bonita.

CROCODILES See the only guitar and violin factory in Cuba, visit the village of Minas and go to a crocodile farm. Walk through the forest to visit a coffee plantation and enjoy a small river tour on a rowboat. Lunch included.	DEEP-SEA FISHING Spend four hours on the high seas on an un forgettable fishing expedition. You’ll encounter a wide variety of fish, which vary according to the season. Fishing equipment and non-alcoholic beverages included.
