YAYAS FALLS Surrounded by lush forest filled with exotic birds and amazing flora, walk to Yayas Falls where water rushes down huge volcanic rocks. Enjoy a swim in the natural pool formed by the falls.	ANTON VALLEY Visit a picturesque village in the crater of an extinct volcano. Tour the colourful farmers’ market and see crafts handmade by the villagers. Visit El Chorro Waterfall and stroll through the rain forest. See the animal rehabilitation centre and the botanical garden, along with the amphibian centre and orchid nursery in El Nispero.

EMBERA INDIGENOUS COMMUNITY Travel upriver in a ‘piragua’ to an Embera Village to experience firsthand the traditional life of the Embera indigenous community. Discover their traditions and culture and learn about medicinal herbs from their botanist.	CANOPY ADVENTURE For thrill-seeking nature lovers! Slide along a specialized cable set between tree-top platforms to get a bird’s-eye view of the flora and fauna below.

PANAMA CANAL EXPEDITION Journey to the heart of the rich tropical ecosystem of a rain forest, alive with capucin and howler monkeys, sloths, and myriad bird species such as toucans, herons, egrets, and kingfishers.	PANAMA EXPRESS TRAIN Arrive in Colon, Panama’s commercial capital, and visit the Gatun Locks along with the town of Portobelo. Enjoy lunch at Playa Langosta before going for a swim in the crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean. Later, set off on a scenic tour of Colon. Return to Panama City aboard the Panama Canal Railway, the world’s first inter-oceanic railway.

CULTURE AND CRAFTS Discover the heart of the province of Coclé, where traditional crafts are still an integral part of daily life, followed by a trip to the charming city of Penonomé. Visit a cathedral, a city market, Barrio San Antonio area, and El Caño’s archaeological museum.	PARTIAL CANAL Sail through the canal that connects the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. Cross two locks with a total drop of 88.58 ft, before sailing across Lake Miraflores to the port of Balboa on the Pacific Ocean.
